- Started fishing properly in 1988 after a move from Redcliffe to Hervey Bay, The Urangan pier taught all there was to know about land based fun at the time. Moved to the Gold Coast in late 1992 and continued the fun with some awesome canoe sessions but in canals fishing for mainly trevally, bream, pike and bull sharks. Have a crapload of gear from thru-out the years but cherish most of all my old Abu Baitcasters and Ugly Stiks. All in all - fun fun fun - currently live in Brisbane and have only just started seeing what the river and ajoining area have to offer.
